Shelter Insurance - Ivan Reyes

I needed to terminate my 20 year life term policy and it required I fill out a form before the higher premiums were put in place. The 800 number for shelter said they were mailing it but after 2 weeks I hadn’t received it. While in Pueblo, I stopped in to Mr. Reyes’s office to get the form there. He said because I wasn’t his customer, he couldn’t give me one. I called shelter back at the 800 number. This person actually got everything squared away and told me that Mr. Reyes certainly could have given me the form I required. We are getting a new life insurance policy but at a lower more affordable level. Since Mr. Reyes had the ability to help me out but refused to do so, we’ll use another agent.

Great guys, great prices, always happy with Ivan. Been with them for 7 years. They go out of their way to make things work. If you go anywhere else your a fool.
