Denny Shelter Insurance in Imboden is THE WORST!!! I feel bad for anybody that uses his rude, unprofessional, not knowing the updates of insurance ass!! No I don’t use him but he’s really messing with my aunt and uncle and you DON’T mess with my family. Then get mad when a licensed producer comes in to confront you on your mess up and talk about going off on me. Old man, I’m the LAST person you want to get loud with!! How are you an agent but don’t help your customers with claims?? Especially when this is there first one ever!!! Tell them to get an estimate and the vehicle is NOT drivable. Then tell me they don’t send adjusters and neither does State Farm or any other big insurance company.🤣🤣 WRONG!!! I think it’s time for retirement dude. Come to find out HE LIED ABOUT THEIR COVERAGES!!!!
He sold me the WRONG plug for $22.00 and when I got back home 10 minutes later and called him about it he would not refund my money.
