Local agent never in their office. Basically have to call the 1-800 to reach anyone. Plus just found out they overcharged me for one of my cars for the last 6 months. Literally the worst

As the recipient of a damaged vehicle by one of their policy holders, the claim process is slllloooow,the main office here doesn't return calls know cause I used to have Shelter.

RIDICULOUS!!!! They are rarely there and getting assistance on a claim is extremely lacking. I filed a claim due to a large tree had hit the top and side of my home. As a result, I now have a cracked and pierced roof, an open 4x4 hole on the back side, and the gutters are bent beyond repair. This occurred on a Friday and I called them daily. Nobody knew why I hadn't heard from an adjustor yet. Did not receive a call until Thursday of next week. It goes on from there. I would NEVER recommend the Sioux City IA branch to anyone. I'd feel I'd be doing them a disservice if I said they were kinda ok. I'd say you should probably look elsewhere for your insurance needs.

Trying to get new insurance but this is the only agent in my Area. I've a quote for about 3 weeks now and was ready to start policy but they must not want the business cause don't answer phones or emails so I'm looking for a different agent elsewhere.

If I can give this insurance 0 stars I would. I regret getting this insurance because they never answer your calls never call back and are never there... I don't recommend this insurance waste of time...
