I have not had good experiences with Shelter Insurance. They were not my first choice, but was a convenient at the time. They were unprofessional, incompetent, uncaring, no structure, no consistency, & invented made up prices. My experience with this company was like working with Stevie Wonder & the late Ray Charles, the blind leading the blind. No one ever knew anything about nothing, how pathetic !!! It felt like a Hee Haw or Dukes of Hazard Insurance Scam. WHAT A JOKE. This is the worst insurance company I have ever encountered, & YES, YES, YES, YES, I AM DEFINITELY SWITCHING COMPANIES. I AM GOING TO REPORT THEM TO THE HIGHEST LEVEL OF INSURANCE FRAUD. THEY NEVER OFFERED ANY ASSISTANE ON MY BEHALF, & CONTINUED TO LIE, MISLEAD, & DECEIVE ME. SHELTER INSURANCE WAS A HORRIBLE TERRIBLE EX
