Crissie is a great agent who cares about her clients. She is very responsive and great to work with!

Do not recommend. Failed to removed a vehicle from policy after i told her it was sold, and paid on it for 2 years. Wouldn't issue a refund because she wanted written proof. So make sure you dont tell her over the phone and you document everything! had another vehicle for 6 months and refunded that because we had the bill of sale which she lost and had to give it to her again. Fired.

Crissie is the best. She will work with you with the best outcome. Very highly satisfied. Always with a quick response back.
