VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL DO NOT RECOMMEND. office ran by Cindi the owner. They won’t ever return your phone called and Cindi herself won’t even return your calls either. That’s not the worst part about this Insurance office.. I’ve had a policy with them that was set on auto pay to come out automatically. It came out every month just fine then just recently I get a letter in the mail saying I missed payment and I owe.. I then look and see my policy has been cancelled for 2 MONTHS!!! I never got one phone call or email from the office letting me know about payment or that my coverage was cancelled. Remember it was set on AUTOPAY so how could I miss a payment? Lol. So I try to reinstate said coverage and pay the bill I owed it took another 2 weeks almost to get back in touch with someone for
