Shelter Insurance - April Gray

Our rates for vehicle, home and life insurance have always been better with April at Shelter Insurance in Mansfield, but recently we had a horrible hail storm come through and April was exceptional handling the situation. She went in late that evening to start claims and I had no idea what to do or expect, so she walked with me through the whole process. I was and am incredibly thankful for her! She had adjusters at our home the next morning by 9am. They have been incredibly kind and professional throughout this entire process making it all go smoothly. I am so thankful to have her as my insurance agent. If you want someone you can trust and that is always ready to take care of you in your weather or vehicle situations, you want April Gray!

I have had my insurance with April Gray for several years now. I recently had hail damage on my house and 2 cars. The night the storm came through, she called us after hours, before I could even think about filing a claim, and got a claim started.
