Shelly Cibulka: Allstate Insurance

I own multiple businesses within Wisconsin, and one thing I won't stand for when I am doing business with anyone is being lied to about anything. When you have to tell a lie to get people to pay more money that is called THIEVERY or FRAUD. It's sad that so many people can't detect it when it's being done to them. I had enough of it out of this agency, and did something that I should have done when this agency was assigned to me by Allstate a few years ago, and that is get a new Allstate agent.

I’d give 0 stars if I could. We were with them for at least 3-4 years, if not more, and I swear every single time we received something in the mail regarding our policy, the rates were increasing. When we decided to cancel because we had enough, we emailed asking to cancel early and we were asked if we were cancelling our vehicles and ATV. I confirmed and all was done. Then a day later I get an email that we had a balance on our ATV still. I asked why and got some ridiculous reason about how it was based on when our payment pulled (which it was 2 1/2 weeks before this) so that made no sense. Then I was told it was being sent for review to corporate and get the new reason that it’s an early cancellation for the ATV plan based on the plan type we had. One would think proper customer service

Shelly is amazing at what she does. She never hesitates to help me answer any question. So friendly and cheery I love when I call and I can talk tk her she makes me feel so comfortable knowing I made the right insurance choice.

When moving to our new home your agency was very professional, friendly, and helpful. You made the move easier knowing that our insurance needs were met in a timely manner and our trust in your agency was well deserved. Since then, you have continued to exceed our expectations. Thank You!

Shelly & her staff are professional, intelligent, & customer focused. They are patient & understanding when I have questions or need to help me walk through my Allstate web page. They take the time to give me the options, explain advantages & I discuss outcomes like I would with a trusted friend. I do feel I'm in good hands. Shirley K
