I absolutely do not recommend this specific company at this location. Very distasteful and unprofessional. Go to the location in Dayton, Ohio instead.
I've had a few claims over the many years that Shelley has been agent and each time it's been handled beyond my expectations. I want a local representative that I can speak to personally when needed - not some internet service. I highly recommend Shelley and her team!
I’ve been with American family since I was a teen. Switched over the years, but always came back. Shelley and Stephanie that work in the local office are always there to help and are just wonderful and real people.
