Shelley has been easy to work with. When my wife passed our Allstate Home Owners Insurance was one of the easier items I had to take care of and deal with. It only took a couple of phone calls and emails unlike the majority of companies. The couple of claims that we have had with Allstate over the many years have been handled very quickly and no issues.
