Shawn Leh - State Farm Insurance Agent

We have been with Shawn Leh's office for 40+ years and his team has given us great customer support over that time. Agent Mike Kammerer is great to work with with when we need to make changes or add coverages. Recently Mike made everything seamless and easy to transition my life insurance within our policy coverages. I got the same coverage and saved hundred of dollars. I highly recommend using this office for your insurance needs.

Courtnie Russo is our rep. She is amazing! She continued to follow up with me (without EVER making me feel like she was pushy) through my busy schedule to find an appointment time that worked to discuss all of my needs. She was patient. It very easy to understand what she was talking about with everything we discussed, across multiple policies and changes. She is so pleasant and such a wonderful person to talk to. I would recommend her as a rep to anyone! I actually feel heard and taken care of, that things are completely customized to my family's needs!! What a breath of fresh air!

This agency is not well knowledge or atleast the people they have working for them. Being with Bob Wittmer since 2000 he retires and the customers got spit up to different agencies. I added a car and was all messed up in not providing me all information. I had to call many times to try to resolve issue. Called them more times in two months then I think I ever call my former provider. I do not recommend this agency. Some times getting to big lose personalities and focus on key points. I gave them a try and change to another agency who is awesome.

We switched from Geico to State Farm, and Shawn Leh made the process effortless. He helped us get great coverage for both auto and renters insurance, and we’re now paying less for better protection. Shawn was professional, responsive, and made sure we understood everything. Highly recommend him if you’re considering making a switch!
