I was transferred to this agency many years ago when my original agent closed down. In the time ive been here, the lack of customer support has gotten worse and worse. Getting someone to reply to emails is like pulling teeth. I send numerous emails, no response. I make a phone call, and on the rare chance I get to speak with someone, they smooth things out, and then it goes right back to the same negligence. Ive seriously considered looking for a new agent, just so I can have my business taken care of in a timely manner.

This is the best insurance Company by far. Mike Mac is my representative. Mike has helped my management company with various insurance products. Mike is an example of a true professional with a wealth of knowledge. He treats us as if we are his only client. Thank you!

Zero customer service. Never heard from them in the 20 years after purchasing Safeco homeowners insurance from them, not responsive to us.
