Sharon McCarty Armstrong: Allstate Insurance

Extremely unprofessional. I submitted a request to cancel my policy effective immediately on November 7th. The insurance agent did not submit it until November 11th. I called and spoke with a different agent to make them aware I submitted my request on the above date but the agent did what she wanted and submitted it days later. I was told they would submit a claim to backdate it and that someone would call me with an update. Never received an update and I still don’t know if they actually backed dated the termination of my policy. Mind you I was paying for car insurance with 2 companies at the same time. They asked for proof of my new policy to submit a request to backdate, I provided it. I told them I could also provide them with the email showing my request of the termination. I cancel

I meant to make this post last month, but it escaped me bc of the holidays. I had a billing issue on a weekend that I could not resolve until Monday. Ciara went out of her way to get the issue cleared up and was able to update me with a better policy! Thanks again for your help!

The coverage is good. The increase in our monthly bill is outrageous, as well as the reason for the increase. Our driving records are excellent with no accidents or traffic violations what-so-ever in more than 10 years. But because of the increase of other members of State Farm we all have to make up the difference. What happened to being rewarded for good drivers? We were hit with close to a $200.00 increase out of the blue with absolutely no notice. But if we are 1 day late we are canceled and have pay penalty to reinstate. Please correct this unfair increase. In the meantime we are searching for a better insurance that fits our budget for 3 cars. Thank you!

Hands down, the BEST Allstate Insurance Agency and definitely the BEST of any other insurance agencies. The owner, Sharon and the agents are so genuine and knowledgeable about everything in the insurance industry. They make you feel right at home, almost as if you are part of the family but always professional. If you are looking for an excellent agency, one that you can trust to have your best interests in mind and to be treated like you are #1, then this is the Allstate agency for you!

My agent was very helpful. My issue was resolved very quickly. The agent was professional, courteous and friendly. I loved the very fast response time on my claim. Just like the ad says " You're in good hands with Allstate" because I was. I would give them 10 stars if I could.
