Good price but horrible service. I changed my auto and homeowners insurance over with Nathan. I got a good quote and a good price and I went ahead with it. I called after the policy started and asked for proof of insurance cards and a copy of my policy. I was told on 2 occasions on Friday that they would send them. Granted Nathan wasn’t available I still expect the employees who told me I would have them emailed to do so. I had been with GEICO for 36 years and this is my first experience with any other insurance company and I’m already thinking about switching back. I don’t mind paying a little more to get actual service especially when it’s something as serious as insurance. Hopefully they get better but this is just my experience with them.

Excellent customer service last 5 yrswith this agent. Very personable and comfortable speaking with Jessica & others there. Covered alot in short telephone call today, easy to understand and friendly understood my concerns. Definitely recommend to my friends & family. Thx to all.

I love this office! Not only is Sharon so nice and friendly but she’s very informative. I’ve had several instances of talking with her personally. Another shining star in the office is Jay Price, this guys has probably gone over a few hours of time with my account over questions etc. He does such a good job assistant resolutions and deliberating on Sharon’s behalf.
