Things were good until you kicked my mobile off your coverage, because your letter said it was too old. So in response, I took my Umbrella coverage, and my vehicle coverage, to another carrier. The way you treated me as a loyal customer of 34 years who never missed a payment, is unconscionable. You deserve what you have made of it, as I know I'm not the only one.

I was able to reduce my insurance premiums when my previous insurer raised my premiums to a level I couldn’t pay any longer. We were able to keep our premiums a little less than what we were paying but with increases in our coverage limits by switching to American Family. The initial property inspections were simple and fast. We were very satisfied with our experience at this agency.
