This place is the worst. My sister passed in November called several times secy answer phone blocking calls to agent. Explained why I was calling said leave a message she will review it. I just hung up you don't say leave a message to be reviewed after just explaining what happened. Then called couple days later again blocked call asked when agent would be in said Friday so I was like I would like to schedule an appointment then told me no just having meetings that day. I gave up told my brother to please try and take care of it was too upsetting for me. So he said he spoke to them taken care of will send remainder of what's left on policy by check.y sister had paid for the year for homeowners policy this was in December 2024. The ladies in the office are super sweet! But adjuster and such well not to sure about them! I feel like they could treat their customers better when it comes to tragic situations like I endured in October 2023! But the company has been great as far as rates go and getting back in touch with their clients! So I believe the office gets the stars not so much the company on the inside my opinion sorry!

My rate went up for my renewing auto policy, and when I called she explained everything in detail, and gave me a few different solutions on how to manage it. I felt very comfortable when I got off the phone about my policy. I have been a customer of them for years, and Shannon has always made sure to take care of me.

I have been looking for better coverage & price for my homeowners insurance & finally found what I wanted. Shannon is my Allstate agent who answered all my questions. She took her time listening to the type of information I received from other agents and then explained in detail what she could do for me. She was very professional & patient (since I’m older now & sometimes have a hard time understanding people). Thank you Shannon & Allstate for offering decent prices for all my insurance needs!

Disappointed that you all would cancel my policy on April 25th. Still take a payment from me on 05/04/2022. Still have my insurance cancelled. I would not recommend to anyone in the area.
