My husband and I have been with State Farm for a long time and recently we actually had to file a claim. From the start Jennifer was amazing she was able to help me out on what steps I should take when it came to filing my claim even fixed out app when we were not able to file or make payments. Then Melisa who was helping us through the process was perfect! She kept us in the loop of everything while our claims were being completed and answered everything we had concerns on. Made us feel more at ease. She took care of everything! We are so happy we gave stayed with State Farm this long. 5 stars here
