I have done business with Shane Headley for over 15 years and the service has always been first class and I have always been treated like a valued customer. Ashley has been there since I have been with the firm, she never fails to call me when I have a need in a timely fashion when I have a need. I have never considered companies for my insurance needs.

Car insurance was cancelled without notice but she admitted she received the email just never got to it. We’ve called for a WEEK bc she said, “she will get back with us bc it was her fault” it’s Saturday and haven’t heard from her. We have no insurance and neither her nor progressive helped! Progressive says that’s how the lady from Prestige put down as contact. Don’t go to them, they do not help!

Shane is great to work with! He is customer oriented and always available whenever he is needed, and if needed he would give you the shirt off his back! Couldn't ask for a better agent!
