POS company. Stay away, find another brokerage

I'm posting my experience with Premium Insurance Company who is with Strickland Insurance and it has not been good.. I'm a new customer and I will not use my real name after seeing how this company operates.. I'm already counting down to when I can renew my garage insurance with a different company... It seems to be ALL white, country women with this company... I feel that they are racist with their African American customers... When you call in, half of them sound tired or asleep and it's never a pleasant experience.. They are rude when your asking them questions as a new customer and feels at times like they are even talking down on you.. Most of the time, your sent to a voicemail so it's rare to have speak with a live person, except for the receptionist when you call in... I don't know
