We were loyal SF customers for some time, largely thanks to Pam’s excellent service (hence 2 stars). However, since her retirement, the level of professionalism has plummeted. Moving 4 vehicles and multiple rental properties is a large undertaking, but the lack of communication so forth left us no choice. Just a couple example Issues we had and several more could be added. Zero Transparency: We were notified by Sarah via email that coverage was dropped on two detached garages on a property of ours with no explanation of why or how to remedy the issue. The "Ghost" Office: Several weeks after sending an ignored email regarding policy changes, we drove to the St. Croix Falls office only to find it empty.
