Seven Stars Insurance

Need to know them better before saying they don't work. They close and stay late to work on customer tax files so they can keep up, they have many customers and there aren't many of them. They work hard. They keep different open hours than usual, but they go out of their way to accommodate everyone . Please be patient, I don't want to see them close up altogether because they're willing to communicate with us and do what we need. They also have families like us and need to be able to enjoy them just like we do. Have a nice day and an easy tax season seven stars.

The worst place, they don't answer calls, the inbox is full, you write on WhatsApp and still no response. Nobody wants to work there. They better close the place!! 👎 *****Very professional response via WhatsApp.*****👇

I have had insurance with them for well over 7 years now. The rates are great. The issue is they never ever answer the phone. I don't care how many times you call they won't answer. You always have to waste a trip for the smallest thing. Bought a new car called for over 5 hours and they never answered.

This insurance company is the worst, I seen bad but this is really badly, you can't count on this people they never answer their phone imagine you have an emergency. I wouldn’t recommend this insurance. 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼 Plus this people complain when we put a bad review.

Never answers...NEVER and no I don't like the way you run your business so that's why we have moved on
