If I could give one star I would. Beware of this company. I received a call back from a person that claimed her name was Donna Purdy. Next thing I know I was getting a call from a thing that stated his name was Christian. He had all my beneficiary information and kept harassing me and calling me over and over from No ID numbers after I blocked his identified phone number. He called me over and over like 20 times in one day. At one point I merged the call in with my phone provider. They witnessed the entire call. I also reported it to my local police department, FTC, FCC, and I reported every phone number he and Donna Purdy called me from to the internet FBI (IC3). I would advise everyone to stay away from this 3rd party company. I declined their services and did not send the

This company uses shady lead generation companies in India to harass seniors. I would get up to 3-4 calls every day from them. I begged them to stop in every call. I'm estimating around 640 calls. Seriously. Desperate, I played along, telling them I was interested. They passed my details to Senior Life Services and I got a call today from Agent #761962 Mattthew Talbert (National Number #18698459). I explained that I didn't need any services and prayed that would be the end of it. The next call from India came in 2 minutes later. F Senior Life Services. I can no longer answer my phone. UPDATE: I’ve called 4 times and asked them to stop the harassment. The calls continue daily.

We spoke with Tina for the first time on Wednesday night. After just a few minutes on the phone with her me and my lovely bride felt like we were talking to a friend. She was so kind so sweet beyond professional she was the ideal employee. Senior Life Services is so incredibly lucky to have such a remarkable lady such as Tina. She so us two policy's, and took the time to make sure both of us understood it. Sometimes that took a minute because I have had three strokes, and a heart attack. Cringe company. They are non compliant with how they solicit your personal information to market products to you. I received a text on my personal phone and never knew about or asked for their product or service. I will be reporting them to the Insurance Comissioners. I would never recommend this company.
