I would not recommend seltzer group to anyone. They have refused to provide a receipt for the progressive auto policy they sold me and will not explain why it took over two weeks to cancel the policy. I was working with Stacey Albright and Holly over the phone. The last call I had with them they explained that since I'm no longer their client they do not have to provide any services to me and them looking for the receipt could take several hours because of the sheer amount of documents on my 6 month old policy. My bank approved the dispute and progressive is also saying that they don't have any receipt that explains the charges but will be referring me to a credit bureau where I can dispute it again and provide records of my interactions with seltzer group. If I could give a zero star I would. I called today, was on hold for several minutes. The person comes online and tells me they are having technical difficulties and for my time they will send me a $100 gift card, but I have to pay $2 for shipping. SCAM! When I told her I wasn't interested and that I need help with my insurance (after all, I am calling an insurance broker), she hung up on me!! STAY AWAY from them. NO customer service

I would like to thank Doug Murphy for his quick response to our insurance needs. Not only did he save me $100’s but it was so easy to switch over. The timing was perfect. Thanks again for the Seltzer Insurance Group.
