I've been a customer for a few years now, but since Sheila left I feel like my account is in the hands of people who literally couldn't care less about me. We just sold a car. I called to let them know about the change. A week or more goes by and I get a letter to sign with a different change, and my payments INCREASED. WHY? I bring in the letter to get the information I need and they were too busy. I waited in the foyer and then it was after noon so she stated she had to eat lunch or she wouldn't get to eat and she said she would call me later. I called and had to leave a message. I was shopping for car and house insurance. After more than a week a lady returned the call. I made an appointment and took my old policies in. She took my info in the waiting area and said she would be back with me in a week or a little more. It was been a month and I have not heard a word. I took my business to Foster where I was valued as a potential customer.
