I’ve had nothing but awful experiences with your live chat support. Today I spoke with an agent named Kala, and in my personal experience she was the worst and came across as extremely rude. She didn’t answer my questions properly and ended the chat without resolving anything. This level of service is completely unacceptable and honestly the most frustrating customer support I’ve dealt with.
State Farm contracts with Sedgwick, and unfortunately my experience has been beyond frustrating. I’m a realtor helping place a family who lost their home in a fire into a rental home, and Sedgwick has been extremely difficult to work with due to poor communication and lack of follow-through. Emails go unanswered, questions are ignored, and timelines are unclear. I even involved **State Farm directly**, and they couldn’t get answers either. When people are already in crisis, this level of service is unacceptable. **Beware.**
Michelle Walton is my adjuster. And since she call me to request for the video and the pictures for the accident she never call me back and I try to talk to her but she never and I mean never pick up the phone and never return my phone calls. She told me since March that this will be done since may because the investigation but no body is doing nothing. But I she all the reviews negatives in here.
They are the WORST claims management company! Had 7 different Adjustors in the first 5 months. They waited 15 days after filing the claim to authorize a doctors visit. So far they have denied every single request for a procedure, pain medication, therapy, every single thing. Why? Because they said that "temporary relief is not appropriate" and "there is no guarantee that this procedure will help". So zero medical care has been approved. ZERO! on top of that, they are awful communicators, they mess up my pay at least once a month, and they still owe me over $500 in mileage reimbursement. I get that companies want to avoid false claims and people taking advantage, but to deny medical care to someone who did actually get hurt on the job is beyond cruel. They do not speak with you. When you upload documents . It takes days. We do all the work providing information on your behalf. They do not speak with disability as your advocate. We are penalized for for being a CA resident and can't use your benefits your accumulated. Financial hardship takes over and you have to return not healed .
