Customer service was so bad untrained employees they don’t what they’re doing very unprofessional and rude and they don’t know what they’re talking keep on FMLA paperwork sending either repeating emails and text messages every day for the last two weeks my doctor filled all the FMLA Paperwork and my doctors office faxed all the documents as per their instructions still sending emails and text messages finally after going through lots of pressure and problems with Sedgwick claim management finally I informed to the HR management and she helped me out and she said now everything is resolved. Sedgwick management hire more experienced and well qualified people in the Sedgwick department I had a very bad experience with the customer service.

No rating to give, sedgwick claims is sorry they don't pay weekly benefits on time, they also dispute the injury you aquire on the job. Sedgwick deny any and all doctors request to help you get better, the case worker is not for the injured claimant. I wish they would approve the doctors claim and let them get me back up and going so I can get back to working and daily activities. A 1 star is overrated it should be -1.

By far, one of the worst companies, you can do business with.They only care about protecting their high profile clients and nothing else even with doctors notes they still claim not to receive facts information even though they got twelve pages of it.Somehow they're claiming that it's blank.There's always an excuse, and nobody ever has an answer.They'll give you a claim representative.You will never talk to

I took my Camry in for an oil change ant Fowler Toyota and was provided a courtesy car. Unfortunately, debris from a truck struck the vehicle. Months later, I received a payment request by mail, stating that I had been contacted multiple times by phone—yet I never received a single call. I attempted to reach the insurance claims department multiple times for months without success. After over six months, I finally got through and made the payment over the phone. Despite this, I have now received a bill from a collection agency claiming I had not paid. Fortunately, I kept my receipt, or they would have not only harmed my credit but also attempted to collect the payment twice. This company is incompetent and the current process is inefficient and poorly managed.

Sedgwick has to be the WORST Claims management I have ever dealt with. No customer service whatsoever! AT&T came into our yard installing fiberoptics for the neighborhood and destroyed our irrigation system. We paid to have it replaced. AT&T told us to get in touch with Sedgwick to handle the claim. It has been two years and still no settlement and only one cryptic email that was vague and worthless. Puradonna Slaughter has to be one of the worst claims adjuster I have ever dealt with. We are getting ready to get our lawyers involved. If anyone else would like to join in, I am sure we could file a class action case against this fraudulent company.
