Sean Mertz: Allstate Insurance

Sean Mertz Allstate has an excellent staff that is very responsive and efficient. I am the type of person who likes to do most things electronically (through email or an app). I do not like talking by phone or driving to an office. Sean's team has always very quickly and efficiently responded every time I have reached out to them, even before I was a customer. They very quickly quoted and put into place home and auto insurance for us and we have also had a claim processed. This was all done electronically. Pricing is good and they are very good at customer service. I highly recommend them.

I can't say its been perfect because after 4 months, they want me to fill out a "paperless form", so that we get the discount we had gotten when we first signed the contract.

Cristian was very helpful to me. He took care of all the paperwork that was needed for my 3 insurance policies. He was there for me any time I requested his assistance, via email, phone, or in person. Everything went smoothly. Thank you Cristian! Brenda F.

The service that Alice Gonzales & her colleagues have given us is Priceless!! We have been with Allstate for over 20 years but ever since we found this location we have not returned to our original agents office.... As a matter of fact a few months ago we called our old agent to add a new car and after that was done.... We had to call Alice to have her correct their major mistake. They added the new car with liability only and put the full coverage on an already existing vehicle that had always been liability... Thank You Sean Mertz for having such an amazing crew!!!
