Scott Wellman: Allstate Insurance

The only reason he gets one star is because there is no way to leave negative stars. We used to love Scott Wellman and Allstate. We had him for five years, but we should have left over two years ago when his service and commitment went out the window. When we were in a wreck from someone hitting us in the rear-end, he wouldn't answer us. When we saw errors in our policy, he wouldn't answer. When he did, it was too late. And now, he doesn't answer the phone or emails for when we canceled and went to State Farm. Don't make the same mistakes we did. Get an agent that will answer you. That way, you won't have to do all the legwork we are having to do to find out anything regarding our policy refunds. Scott Wellman has been my agent for years , another agent (Larry Stevens) before that ,and I have been with Allstate for close to 40 years now. They have always been reliable and quick to respond when needed. I highly recommend this agency.
