Called inquiring about an insurance policy for my dad . Couldnt get a WORD out without being cut off every second with discouraging advice. Very dismissive! After telling one health issue about my dad , his entire demeanor worsened. Rushed off the phone and was told it’s impossible to get a policy in his office . Advised him of a nurse that referred me to State Farm who had a recent policy with State Farm for her dad with the same condition. Scott DID NOT CARE! Showed no concern or empathy for people who are calling in with such heavy hearts looking to discuss something that most children already don’t want to ! Learn to be kind to people who want to support your business and are being respectful. Especially in such sensitive circumstances.
