Customer Reviews
Very rude and non-compliant. My coworker and I were involved in an accident with someone whom Scott Insurance insures. We were told to contact the number on the accident report and Ms. Hampton with Scott was extremely rude and told us she would not help us and she would not give use the correct phone number so we could get our situation handled.
Customer service is terrible. Not sure who does the customer service as I can't remember her name. But I Highly recommend going elsewhere. Really wish there was a way to give less than 1star. Do yourself a favor and find another place.
