Scott Houg - State Farm Insurance Agent

I left State farm probably 20 years ago and don't know why I ever left. I was recently shopping for better insurance rates for my home and automobiles and was calling around looking for quotes. Nadine at State Farm in Waukon was the only one that day that took the time and talked to me and gave me numbers the same day. All the other insurance companies in the area acted like they didn't want my business. State Farm's customer service is the reason why I returned to State Farm. They treat everyone very well and have very competitive rates. I am saving a lot of money by returning to State Farm. I wish I would have switched back years ago. I probably would have saved tons of money!!

We recently had a hail damage claim. Scott and Cassie were super easy to work with, no hassles at all! Let us chose where we wanted the repairs done and responded as soon as they received the estimate. Great customer service!
