My entire family and myself were with this agency for 10+ years. Their service has gone way down and I tried very hard to stay, but not even Scott gets back to you or wants to be bothered. Moved to another local agency that has been AMAZING! Already found a missing discount that this agency couldn't be bothered with.

I have been with State Farm for over 20 years the first 17 years i was in California. I had the same agent for 17 years and I loved them, I moved to Florida and was with two other offices before I found Scott Hansen’s. I appreciate his office the girls are always so nice and great every time I call. Claudia is who I have had the pleasure to deal with the most. She is very nice and always answers all my questions.

The person who I originally spoke with was wonderful, but I had the misfortune of speaking with Annette Tirado today. She was argumentative and kept talking over me. She’s rude and aggressive. I also have not been sent the paperwork for my second vehicle and driver. Major failure here.
