State Farm treats Their clients with respect and compassion. They also are very quick and getting a claim filed. I had a wonderful experience with a recent small car accident. I was impressed with the timely turnaround and how cooperative they were in helping me not only with the claim, but with a body shop that would do my repairs.

I reached out today and spoke with Carol about getting a rate for auto insurance. She was super nice and got back to be within the hour with some great quotes. Her and Joe quoted my vehicles with a few different scenarios to help me better comparison against my current rates. Highly recommend!

I called and had a very pleasant conversation regarding my mistake and was quickly and cordially taken through the payment and registering my new card for problem free payments in the future.
