Scott Feit Insurance

Scott Feit was rude and unprofessional. He seemed unaware that I was still on the line and did not properly disconnect the call. During that time, he made an insulting remark about me to someone in the background. This behavior was unacceptable and not an appropriate way to treat a customer or anyone.

I am old and prefer face to face discussions of my policy and coverage. Scott Feit is always available and willing to speak with me. And, more importantly, he is knowledgeable and willing to problem solve.

I’ve never had to deal with an insurance company who ignores a customers request. I called to cancel my policy back in April because I ended up finding another insurance company. I spoke directly with Scott to cancel the policy. Fast forward to now, December they are trying to bill me for a renewal. They never Cancelled the policy. So I was billed for months where I did not want the policy. When I made a complaint, they said it was my responsibility to make sure they end my policy. So basically I need to make sure the agent does his job so I don’t end up getting billed. Would never recommend this service to anyone if they make the customer responsible for their lack of management.

This might be my first or second review. I rarely do this, but feel it's necessary in this situation to make others aware. There are some questionable practices happening within Allstate in regards to their policy pricing. Initial rates are very attractive to get you in the door, but raise incredibly quickly (within 6 months) and also raise significantly (way faster than inflation). For example, our auto insurance went up 58% over two cycles without any changes in vehicles, drivers, or claims.

These guys play games with policy holders. I've never had so many issues with one office in my life. No one is ever around to answer questions or you won't get a return call. They would rather you exhaust you on your claim then help you. Not to mention their adjuster spun off out of my yard ripping it up. This whole office is incompetent. Allstate as a whole has turned out to be a don't give a damn company. They repair your car with used body parts. Stay away from this office.
