Be very cautious doing business here in 2025. Keep records of all your interactions. After terminating our home policy in 2024, they tried claiming we still had both auto and home through Feb. of 2025. We were also unable to get a quote on our new home before leaving. We were specifically told "I got busy" when asking my reason for leaving Farm Bureau after no communication. They missed changing our vehicles status as being in storage after multiple calls as well. Multiple times attempting to connect with my agent, Josh, were met with zero responses, again with a "he's very busy, but will work it over and get back to you". My family was with Farm Bureau for nearly 10 years. Be very careful and keep meticulous records when working with them.

I've been with this insurance agency for over 5 years now and they've exceeded my expectations every time I've had the misfortune of filing a claim. Brian has gone above and beyond and I'd highly recommend them.
