Scott Drommerhausen - State Farm Insurance Agent

Scott and his team have always very quickly responded to any concern or insurance need I have. I have both my vehicle and home coverage with State Farm. They've explained things clearly and simply. I was a Minnesota customer for many years, and when I recently moved to Wisconsin they helped me smoothly establish my coverage here. I've recommended them to friends and family, and can comfortably recommend them to anyone reading here.

Scott was not helpful at all with my home owners claim. I called for support and guidance and when he told me he would call back with answers he never did. To make matters worse, State Farm is refusing to handle my claim properly and is pushing for a completely unacceptable and hideous repair that no reasonable homeowner would agree to. It’s incredibly frustrating and disappointing to pay for insurance coverage only to be ignored when you actually need help. I was passed off to multiple adjusters, making it difficult to communicate and constantly having to go over my claim. This experience has completely eroded my trust in both this agent and State Farm.
