Thanks for you honest, promptness, respectfulness, humbleness, kindness, I am sure I missed a lot more of your great characteristics but I do want to say thank for calling me promptly back when you said I will call you back before the day ends. My heart drop but you picked it up. Ok that's enough.

In addition to being warm and cordial in conversation, Jenyffer is also thorough and thoughtful about giving all the information needed to make the best decisions for each individual set of circumstances. She is meticulous about ensuring all details are correct and fully understood, and she follows through until everything is done to full client satisfaction. And she can do it remotely, so that client time is never wasted. Best I've dealt with in the insurance industry in my 50+ years of insuring auto, home, rental properties,etc.

Had to Stop in and make some quick changes to my policies. Rachel was very nice and pleasant. She apologized for any previous issues that caused me to have to make the changes on behalf of Scott Cameron. She took care of what I needed and didn't try to BS me to change my mind, however she did ask if I minded if she could follow up in 6 months to make sure I was satisfied. I was pleased that she Asked and didn't assume. I said yes, absolutely. I have been a long time State Farm customer and only recently moved some of my policies. They did a GREAT job helping us get the necessary FL auto insurance when we retitled Grandma's car in our name and needed to register it in FL before taking it to be retitled, insured in KY, and registered in KY. (Long backstory here -- Its even more complicated than it sounds!) They were able to help us immediately during the day we spent at the West Ocala FL Driver's License and Motor Vehicles office. Conveniently, the State Farm office is located right across the street. We really appreciate their help and strongly recommend this agency! Thank you.
