I have used Scott Brase and his team for YEARS. They've always been EXTREMELY helpful, and have gone above and beyond with my home and auto insurance needs! The whole team is friendly, and will do everything they can to find you the best rates! Wouldn't ever hesitate to recommend to family or friends!

State Farm is a joke! They will drop you after one home policy claim. Scott Brase will NOT advocate for you at all. All these people care about is how much money they make. They literally expect you to stand outside and stop or control hurricane type winds and hail. We paid thousands a year to them for several years on homeowners, and they dropped us after one claim that they paid less out on. I will advise anyone willing to listen to avoid State Farm at all costs. They have lost the business of my entire family. If you do insure with them, good luck, and I hope you never experience any type of weather where you are located. I’ve been with state Farm many years and highly recommend them. Personally found “ the grass is NOT always greener “ as I’d slid away a time or two over the years but always back. I received a letter from Scott Brase's office today because I had a claim in 2021 for a cedar fence that was torn out due to a thunderstorm with high winds and hail. On May 8, 2024 the area had large amounts of hail and wind damage throughout large portions of the area and I dared to make a claim to repair my roof. State Farm doesn't mind charging huge premiums, but if they have to address a claim three years apart due to storm damage, you get a letter to be proactive in reducing the likelihood of future claims. Both claims filed in total were approximately $3700. I have spent thousands and thousands on premiums for home and auto.
