Scott: It was a pleasure speaking with you today. I have been remiss in not posting a review sooner but it is my pleasure to correct that. Scott has been my insurance agent for both home and auto for well over a decade. I've always been happy with their service, but never so much so as year before last. Like many others, my house suffered damage when the derecho went through this area in May of 2024. I had never experienced an event like this so I had a lot of fear and anxiety about the condition of my home, and how dealing with the insurance company was going to go.
