Wouldn't recommend, my mother had insurance with them and after her passing I was charged with handling her estate. I had to file a home claim with her insurance (Erie), after that they wanted to cancel my policy. I had a friend who was also an agent at a different firm and a Erie carrier who called Erie on my behalf and worked things out to keep my coverage. The agency who i had coverage through (Scites) did nothing on my behalf. But I continued to work through Scites and told my friend not to worry about it. My insurance ended up getting cancelled because the agency wouldn't go to bat for me. Then they sent me a letter saying that the coverage would be cancelled on my other house because the insurance carrier was pulling out of wv. I ended up going with a different agency due to all of t
