Dianne Theobald with Schwendeman Agency is THE best insurance agent I have ever dealt with. She compares my policies between different carriers to find me the most coverage for the lowest price and advises me on actions to take to save myself money. She always returns my calls very quickly when I need something. I have had my homeowner and auto policy with her for several years. Very friendly and wonderful to work with. Can't give enough stars!

Called to get insurance on my car that I need this weekend. Chad decided to not find me insurance and say he would call back later. Instantly I knew someone didn’t want to do their job for I’ve always had it quoted in just a few minutes elsewhere. Wish my coverages weren’t through them ever and will never do business with this joke of an agency again. Thanks for not doing your job Chad.

In December 2019 I decided to start my own medical practice, specializing in diabetes management. I asked my friend, Dr. Steve Eddy, DC, who I should talk to about insurance. He sent me the contact information for Jennifer White. My initial phone call led to an encounter with a team of experts at Schwendeman Agency. I was treated very well by the entire staff, including the owner, who stopped in to introduce himself. Within weeks, my new business was formed and insured. They provided me with several health insurance plans for my employees. From malpractice to umbrella insurance, they are a great and easy group to work with and have been very eager to support my fledgling practice.

I used to have an agent with Schwendeman Agency but moved away and had to go with a different company.I recently moved back and couldn’t remember who the awesome agent I had was so, I called to try and find out/ get some quotes and the receptionist was extremely rude and acted “put out. She transferred me to a “Chad” whom was also rude!!! Extremely rude! I said “Yano what thank you for your time I don’t deserve to be treated like this, I’ll go with someone else and he ended up hanging up on me. Definitely go with a different company! Clearly they don’t appreciate their customers

I've had Amy, for many years as an agent an when she moved I moved. Always have excellent service with her and where she goes. I had Schwendeman long time ago when I first started driving. Now 20 years later I'm back with my auto insurance and business insurance. Great service with every one there.
