As a newly licensed physician, Schlitt Services was kind and communicative. They took the time to explain what to expect with the process and what plan would be most suitable for my needs. I really appreciate it and highly recommend them.

I have flood insurance with Schlitt and auto insurance with Allstate ( policy coming up for renewal) and was looking to get a better rate with Schlitt, sent them all info on current coverage, never got any response from Schlitt, guess they don’t need any new business

Very unhappy with agent. My front windshield was damaged on the Florida Turnpike. I have full coverage and had to pay 500.00 deductible. After sharing with the agent that there is a Florida statute 627.7288 that states there is no deductible if you have comprehensive on your policy, this agent should’ve known this. I contacted my agent and she basically blew me off. After three hours of my time it was discovered that my replacement windshield should’ve been free. Insurance agent please note: don’t ever do this to anybody else. You’re working for us. You should’ve fought a little harder to figure this out instead of blowing us off. Not happy!
