I do not recommend this insurance agency at all. The staff is rude and unprofessional. If you go to the office, you end up waiting forever just to be helped, even when some employees are clearly not busy. I’ve even seen staff members look up and say they will only help the next person if they speak good English — extremely disrespectful and discriminatory. They also ignore customers, never answer phone calls, and force you to go in person. Even then, many times the employees are just sitting around doing nothing, or doing something else instead of assisting clients. On top of that, they tend to overcharge insurance policies and put in the bare minimum effort. They make you feel looked down on instead of being treated with respect. I needed help transferring insurance and registration to Massachusetts. You’d think an agency would be familiar with that process, especially when it involves a neighboring state — but they clearly weren’t. They seemed totally unprepared and confused. At one point, they claimed the insurance rate was high because they couldn’t confirm more than two years of driving experience. The paperwork they gave me clearly showed over 15 years, which I had already explained. They just didn’t bother to read their own documents. Phone calls were a mess too. When they actually returned a call, you could hear them loudly arguing in the background about what to do next. Not exactly reassuring. If you’re an existing customer calling in to speak with your agent for help, I sure hope you’re not in a hurry to get a response. I’ve called a dozen times across four days this week (during their business hours) trying to get ahold of my agent to discuss a time-sensitive issue and only ever managed to speak to a human twice…neither of whom tried to help me, they just forwarded me to my agent’s line where it rang to voicemail, yet again). Alas, my voicemails have gone unreturned. Bottom line: save your time and sanity and go elsewhere.

Went in to register bike, took more time than it should. Man that normally takes care of this was off. Bottom line was after a long frustrating experience they filled out the paperwork wrong, took day off to register as I needed to make an appointment at the registry. Only to find out they did it wrong. Had to go back to Insurance company, he was off again today. Need to make another appointment. This is not a well run business!!!

Worst Service, never picks up the call and very very rude. Very inconvinent. Please DONOT buy insurance from them.
