We had a branch drop on our 2015 Camry. It totaled the car. We have Erie insurance through Schaefer Delauder and we were very pleased with the service we received and the amount we were reimbursed for our car. We have been with Delauder and Erie for over 30 years and I've never had any complaints.

Erie is great insurance. I’ve done business here since 2002ish. However these are the most unfriendly people I’ve ever talked to.

Customer service has taken a nosedive. I was a customer for decades before the change of ownership (I believe that’s what happened)…I have referred people in the past that became clients and it was a mistake. The communication with certain employees is always rude. Communication in general is poor. I say don’t be in customer service if you don’t like people.
