We just purchased our house in 2023 and our realtor turned us on to this insurance agency since everyone else I was calling was very high. We almost backed out from buying our new home because of this issue. They gave us a decent home owners quote at the time in 2023 so we went with them. Then here comes 2024 and it is time to renew the policy and it went up $327.00 from the year before. I asked Gary Saville why it went up and he told me home values have gone up along with building supplies. We said okay, not happy but that made a little scents. We figure the first year this might happen. Then here we go 2025 time to renew the policy and it went up another $409.00. We could not believe that our policy has gone up $736.00 within 2 years. We received no notice in the mail or phone call about
