Saul and his staff are very professional and always willing to help. They go above and beyond to help their customers. I’ve had my insurance with him for 30+ years and haven’t had an issue. Don’t listen to the negative people on here. Prices change by the day just like gas and groceries. If you can’t afford insurance then don’t buy a car (Dorian)

Save your money and time, find someone else. This man is opportunistic, dishonest, will over charge you if given the chance. I can only imagine that his good reviews are coming from people who don’t know they are being used. He quoted me a price to fully insure a car I wanted to buy, when I agreed and bought the car he decided to up the monthly charge by $120. But only after I had committed.I just got a quote from Geico for 1/3 the cost for full coverage. Be warned

Saul and his staff go above and beyond when it comes to customer service. There is always someone available to take our call, and if they don't have an answer to an issue that we might have, they get us an answer in a timely manner. We are in Good Hands with Saul, Ana and Eileen!

Excellent staff! You can tell they really enjoy helping their clients get the best policy and not the one that benefits the agent the most. Definently recommend Saul's agency and staff! Better call Saul for your insurance needs!

I’ve been with this insurance company for 30 years. I have made one prior claim to which I was denied. Then the day before thanksgiving with the rainstorm my guest room flooded ,again I tried to make a claim my ceiling plaster was soggy and falling, water was coming from behind the wall and under my wood flooring which is now warped . Everything was soaked. Again I made a claim and was denied. Allstate is the worst when it comes to helping clients. No offer of blowers to help dry the area, nothing, so much for the good hands people. I was left to deal with the mess myself. I have since canceled my insurance and learned my lesson. Big names don’t necessarily mean better. My mission now is to let the public know about my ordeal and to hopefully spare someone else the same
