My old agent was retiring and I was on the lookout not only for a new one but a different insurance company, as well. My neighbors recommended to try Mrs.Anna from State Farm (Mr. Saul Lopez office ) Right from a start I felt like I made the right decision. Anna took a great care of me and all my insurance needs.Helped me choose the right coverage for my house and my car. Explaining everything in detail was super important to me since I had some issues with my previous policies (lack of crucial coverage) she took her time and listen to me instead of trying to sale me whole bunch of upgrades that I don’t even need. I will definitely recommend her to my friends and family.

I'm not regret to leaving this agent, I was a loyal customer for over 10 years and the price of the insurance was always increasing, EVEN WITHOUT AN ACCIDENT IN ALL THIS TIME. Not body help me to reduce my quote even when I was asking for it. And I am glad that I have another agent that explains everything and reduce my monthly payment with a different of 100 dolars!!! This hard time needs helpful agents.
