Called to discuss a home owner's and fire policy for rental property. A woman who answered the phone was clueless. Im not sure if she was slow or intoxicated. She slurred. Try a McDonald's coffee dear. I was a landlord 25 years in other States. I will not accept incompetence of desk staff or stupid secretaries.
