I have been using Sartori Insurance for years, and it has always been a good experience. Phil, and the rest of the team, have always been professional and go out of their way to make sure that you understand what you are buying. As much as I love seeing Phil, it has been great to be able to work with them remotely via Zoom. They make the whole process so painlessly easy.
Unfortunately I left the state permanently and need to find new auto insurance, but I had an excellent experience with Sartori Insurance. Steve was very helpful and would quickly and personally respond to emails, as well as be readily available on the phone at his office. I did get in a little fender bender at one point and Steve walked me through the claim process ensuring I had all of the required documents completed.
