I’ve been with State Farm for years and the service has always been great. Sarath is incredibly friendly and provides great customer service. She’s professional and genuinely kind. I was actually considering switching but after speaking with Saratg who wasn’t even aware of that, I changed my mind. She took the time to go over my policies in detail making sure I understood everything. It was a pleasure working with her

If I can leave 0 stars I would ! So hard to get ahold of them. Called numerous times and left voicemails and nothing.

I was given a price for my monthly insurance I had agreed upon, however when I received my bill it was double the amount. I have tried to get in contact with the agent sarath so she can explain to me the price change however she’s either never in the office, doesn’t answer the phone or doesn’t return calls and none of the staff can help me or cancel my insurance so what can they do?

I was referred by my friend to this State Farm office. With no doubt I'm extremely happy with there services. I was able to get my life, auto and even home owners insurance today. I'm glad I switch with State Farm I'll be saving money. Sarath was helpful answering all my questions was able to help me from long distance I live in the orange county area and she definitely made it easy for me to sign up with no problem.
